From September, Expression for Growth steps into an exciting new chapter, with a leadership team built not just to protect what we've achieved, but to push it further. Our purpose has never changed: helping people enjoy performing at their best. What's changing is how boldly we chase it.
Nick Todd will become Chief Executive Officer, Steve Edney will move into a part-time advisory role while continuing as Chairman of the business, and Jeremy Fisher continues as Chief Operating Officer.
This is a leadership team stepping up, not stepping aside. Nick has spent years as Experience Director, in the room with the enterprise clients who trust us to help their teams grow, and he takes on the CEO role with real ambition for where that work can go next. Steve, who has led the business with care for many years, stays closely involved as Chairman and Client advisor, ensuring the judgement and relationships he has built keep fuelling what's ahead. Jeremy, who joined the business a year ago bringing experience leading technology and experience businesses, continues as COO, sharpening the operational excellence that lets us move faster and deliver continually evolving experiences.
